My Friend has a Guru

Some of you may know my friend who is a yoga instructor and energy therapist. This was from her blog written by her Guru:
A Diamond is for Venus, for marriage, love and faith...for all the best things a relationship can give. The right had is the *true* hand which causes things to grow. Thats why we shake hands with the Right hand and so on. The left hand is said to bring the energies of individual selfishness and this is the last thing we want in marriage. Love is all about sharing. Love and sharing comes down when we wear the diamond on the right hand.
I wear my diamond ring on my right hand (now) and I will think of it as if I am causing myself to grow...and welcome new things.
The reason that I share this with you is because of the beautful wedding that I attended yesterday. It was a reminder that we should be open to love and welcome our feelings of loving one another. That's what we are really her for right? To love each other.
